At Self-Portrait, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Self-Portrait garment bag and all protective materials are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
